Order & Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 3 pm EST / 12 pm PST ship the same business day, excluding weekends & holidays. As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days please contact us orders@preferredplusmedical.com or call 850-437-1937.
For better tracking and reliability, we recommend using UPS for your order, but below are the general estimated delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you are making a purchase outside of the U.S., Preferred Plus Medical Supply is not responsible for any lost packages. All individual online orders that need international shipping are may have to wait up to 21 business days to receive their package.
