RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE ON INCREDIWEAR AND 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE ON ALL OTHER PRODUCTS. 

International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges, and the customer is responsible for shipping in all directions.

PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no defects, damage or incorrect items shipped.

WE DO NOT accept returns for any third-party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon) & any retail locations.

WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed or with any visible damage. Unfortunately, if items appear washed or with any visible signs of extensive use during our product inspection, your return or exchange may be rejected. All products must be returned with original tags still attached.

ATTENTION: If the product is damaged, defective or the wrong item, please send us a photo to our email, so we can process right away. You can email us at orders@preferredplusmedical.com with the required information.

Returns on products purchased through our website cannot be returned to any retail locations. 

*The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded if you return your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. Other exceptions apply for International and APO/FPO addresses.

 

When you are authorized to send back your product, write your order number on the outside of the box or package and include "Attn: Return."

All authorized return shipments must be shipped to the address below.
