CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Do NOT get the Freeze Sleeve Flat Pak wet, ever! Always store the Freeze Sleeve Flat Pak in a plastic bag while in the freezer. Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before use. Turn your freezer down to it's coldest setting for maximum cold therapy.

Small: 8 in.–10 in. (20 cm–26 cm)
Medium: 10 in.–13 in. (26 cm–33 cm)
Large: 13 in.–16 in. (33 cm–41 cm)
X-Large: 16 in.–20 in. (41 cm–51 cm)
XX-Large: 20 in.–24 in. (51 cm–61 cm)
XXX-Large: 25 in.–30 in. (63 cm–75 cm)
How to Measure for a Perfect Fit:

Wrist: Measure the circumference 2 inches above the wrist joint.

Elbow: With your arm bent at 90°, measure 2 inches above the elbow joint.

Ankle: Measure the circumference 2 inches above the ankle joint.

Shin & Calf: Measure the circumference at the widest part of the calf while standing.

Knee: While standing, measure the circumference directly around the center of the kneecap.

Hamstring & Quad: While standing, measure the circumference at the widest part of your thigh.
